If we're going to include unit body pickups no longer produced, don't forget these:

1979-1984 VW Rabbit pickup
1982-84 Dodge Rampage (mentioned by @Blue_Max )
1986-1992 Jeep Comanche (unibody/frame hybrid)
1961-63 Ford F100 Styleside 2wd
1957-1979 Ford Ranchero
1964-1977 El Camino

It should also be mentioned that there are unit body pickups available in other parts of the world that aren't available in the US.
The Ranchero in 1957 - 1959 was a full frame car. The Ranchero that was based on the Falcon was unibody, but as that car grew up onto a larger platform it returned to a full frame (1968?). The only non full frame Torinos were the fastback coupes as the sedans and wagons of the series were body on frame ghrough the 1970's.
The 1964 -1977 El Caminos were all based on full frame chassis as the Chevelle was never anything but a full frame vehicle. The 1959 - 60 El Camino was based on the full frame full sized Chevrolet.

Thanks for the info on the El Camino. We've already established the facts on the Ranchero.
