As an Update, According to the dealership and Ford, there are no recalls associated with my VIN. Also Ford has opened a case for me on this issue, but I'm waiting until August 21st to get intoi dealership for testing. Ford has at least taken a direct interest in my issue! Thats nice, but no loaner while they have it to figure out what they screwed up is not acceptable! The Ford rep is checking on rental reimbursement, to me that's BS not giving you a vehicle while waiting for your NEW vehicle, less than 5000 miles on it to be fixed by a dealership for Tech issues other than standard service! You need to get the recalls done. One fixes the stalling issue!
Since it may be associated with my battery running a low charge rate, I have started driving in Sport Mode, which is fun, and avoids running in electric mode. My belief is that running that way will keep my battery charged, and possibly avaoid all the stupid warnign messages and going into limp mode.
So far running in Sport mode, I have not gotten any fault lights or warnings, nor thrown into limp mode!
Anyone else have any thoughts on this?
Thanks
