I purchased under seat vent covers from Maxzina and the vent covers don't fit around the wavy 3 vents in Maverick XLT Hybrid. And the vent covers and vents aren't very flexible to put them on. Any advice? I don't have a 3D printer.
I had two sets 3d printed and used a heat gun to make one longer set for each side and getting them onto the ducts under the truck was a PIA, mostly due to carpet. But I also softened the ends before installing on the truck

Don806 - I have a brother-in-law that has a 3D printer. What existing program is used to make the vents? I will also try to use a heat gun on the vent to soften to try to stick the vent cover from Maxzina on. The vent that is giving me the most trouble is the center vent as it sticks up higher than the other two vents as seen in the picture.

these are for F150, but they worked:

guy made 4 pieces, so I used those to make 2 longer pieces. Heat gun and piece of wood to put them together and then heat gun on the end that attaches under the seat right before putting it on softened it up enough to expand it and then squeezed it (wearing thick gloves) and held in place. Getting it around the carpet was biggest issue.

Thank you for doing that!
if you really want to push more air to the back seats............blocking off the front floor vents really helps with that.

In another thread someone routed the rear heat vent through the center console housing but that's a lot of work.

Careful with that heat gun.

I’m wondering if having these helps with some of the battery issues. Having the battery under the seat in the hybrids, they sometimes aren’t warmer enough to take enough of a charge. Any help in warming up the back of the cab should help with charging the battery.

While this is a good question, I honestly believe it would have no effect on the battery since it is insulated from the cabin under a cushioned seat and a plastic cover.
