Trying to use my FordPass rewards points with a Ford dealership on line. Who have you used ?

Has anyone tried using there FordPass points with a Ford dealership on line ? I tried today using them with VillageFordParts.com and they said the only way you can redeem them is in person. Is this true or not ? If you have used yours on line who did you use ? Thanks

I used mine in person, I think that is the only way you can use them at the moment.

I remember reading that someone had used rewards points on a website, and also mentioned it was 20%? cheaper than the dealership msrp. Can't remember where I saw it though.

I might have misremembered the other thread. I think this is the website I was thinking of, but I don't see anything about using fordpass rewards.

I called them today and spoke with Nate in the parts dept. and he said sure thing he would accept the FordPass points and he took my order and he had my two accessories in stock and was shipping them out to me today. I saved $15.00 with him vs. buying from my local Ford dealership. I like to save where I can. So anyone wants to go that way call Nate at FairwayFordParts.com

Yes, you need to call Nate at FairwayFordParts.com that`s who I used. You have to call him because you can not use the points on there website.
