After I installed a new set of tires, the truck was shaking less after accelerating around 40 mph but it was still shaking. Now I am not sure what to do next.

Did the same tire place balance them?? Like I said in Post #3. Took me and them awhile to figure it out. Two regular balances....One Road Force balance...to no avail. New tires, different brand. Problem solved. Take it to another place with a different balance machine and try that. I KNOW it's a pain in the arse...but dammit....I wanted my smooth ride back that I had had for 58,000 miles on my KO2's. I KNEW it WAS NOT my truck.
