I realize this question has been asked on this forum that targets the regular maverick. Here's my question. Are there any Tremor owners with 25 K plus or lower That had any axle problems. Yes I know the Tremor axles are suppose to be stronger however if there are no issues with them most likely other Maverick owners will try to purchase them for replacement if they are interchangeable. I use my Tremor every year on the beach (last two seasons) and the axles are subject to maximum stress in deep sand especially when it hasn't rained in weeks. I'm pushing my luck. No problems so far. I would love to tell every one here one day that I have 70 k on my vehicle and no problems. Not sure the way parts are manufactured today that that will possible.

Hold the shift key down and type in 4x4 - $X$ Anybody that wheels knows that you pay to play even if it's only deep sand.

CV joints fail on all types and brands. if you're into offroading expect it to happen sooner than later, most often from torn boots. inspecting them after every outing is too anal for most but keeping an eye out for slung grease isn't too hard. I use a cheap white cotton glove and paw around behind the tire a day or two after outing, don't even have to remove the tires.
