Train Tracking is not working for me at all as none of UP, CSX or NS show any current railcar location

I followed instructions from here: Maverick Build & Tracking Links

CSX
1. Call the CSX 1-800-235-2352
2. When prompted for location or weight, press "1" on your phone for location.
3. When prompted for the car initials, say CN (or whatever initials you have) then wait for the next prompt.
4. When prompted for the car number, say 907048 (or whatever your number is)
5. When prompted for next car say DONE.
6. That's it; enjoy your updated status report.

Union Pacific
1. Call UP at 1 800 877-5123 1 800 877-5123
2. Follow phone prompts for Trace
3. Say the railcar number complete and clearly. Example CN123456 all together
4. Listen for your update

NS Norfolk Southern
1. Call 800-635-5768
2. Press 2.
3. Press 2.
4. Enter the letters on the numeric keypad then press #. As in: TTGX will be 8849
5. Enter the numbers then press #. It wasn't taking my voice prompts but typing worked.
My RailCar id is: BNSF300313 which I got from my dealer. See snapshot below.

The problems are that when I ask for a trace (location) on the BNSF300313 RailCar the trace information I receive is this:

UP: Load September 15th @ 8:25 PM
*WRONG* Note no location is given

CSX: Delivered Detroit MI June 23 6:34 AM
*WRONG* Note Date is in the past and RailCar is not in Detroit it is currently moving through Arizona

NS: Princeton Indiana June 15th 8:53 AM
*WRONG* Note Date is in the past and RailCar is not in Princeton it is currently moving through Arizona

When I used railcar tracing in 2021 on my MY2022 Maverick I got concise current locations.

Right now the only current location of BNSF300313 RailCar is through my dealer and his replies have not been timely.

Why is the railcar tracking either not current or not giving me current location?

Help is appreciated.

Is there a possibility that the trackers want the TTGX number, and not the railroad company car number?

I‘m having issues also. Shipped Sept 4th. Given railcar number (CSX) East of Mississippi. Get response - railcar empty, last updated Aug 11th. You might be correct, info not being updated. I guess it will just show up.

I tried using TTGX instead of BNSF but both UP and CSX says they that RailCar is invalid.

BNSF is Burlington Northern Santa Fe. not sure you can track a on the sites you mentioned. I looked on BNSF.com but didn't find any way to track, but you may be able to contact them.
