Tracking website down or just me?

I have been using Ford's tracking website at https://shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking without issues until this morning. I am getting the following error:

We're sorry. We are unable to process this Order. Please enter a valid Ford Order/VIN.

Is it just my order doing this or is the website having issues?

The tracker is constantly in a state where about 50% of people claim it is down at any one point in time. The standard answer is usually "I just tried it and it works for me, it will probably work for you if you try again tomorrow, later today, or even 60 seconds from now". Sometimes people say it is down for them for days and days, sometimes people say it comes back up for them a few minutes later. There really is no pattern.

Sort of like getting the Chat Support Option to appear. I myself am no computer dummy, yet I only have about a 50% success rate with getting the Ford Chat to allow me to contact an agent. Same computer, same browser, same steps taken surrounding accepting the "cookies" and allowing the browser to let them know my geographical location, etc....

Chat support seems to work on Safari, but I could never get it to show on Chrome

I just tried both. Did not work. Used to work. Hopefully my vins not revoked.

I had the same experience the other day. Called my dealer and he confirmed that nothing had changed re my order on two other internal websites. It worked fine the next day.

I got my vin back in July. I have never gotten the tracker to work. Enter everything and the screen just flashes. Useless.

Yeah it’s working now. My dealer said nothing had changed and it’s still due for delivery 9/25
