So my wife wants a Prius and I’ve been looking online and really don’t know what to look at based on the multitude of trim levels, options and plug in or no plug in. Any Prius peeps here to help out?

We keep a 2011 at my brothers house in FL. The ugliness that won’t die. New ones look much better. I don’t think you care about 4WD which eliminates half. The LE gets the best mileage by a notable amount… but you would need to drive it and see what option you would miss and if it’s too “cheap” feeling. Then go up the ladder towards options and away from the premium MPG. It’s crazy to think they are in the Maverick price range now.New unless we can’t find one we want then 24’ and up.
That will be a costly purchase and you will lose 5 MPG, but it’s nice. Over $36k and the Florida heater glass roof is “fixed”, not a sunroof. Bigger screen is also an option even on the Nightshade. That’s a very unique yellow… I like it!She wants the larger infotainment screen and wants the sunroofs. I like the yellow one but it’s called a nightshade. Whatever that means. I absolutely dread walking into to stealer for this but I will be forced.
So the roof must have shades I would think. The reduction of mileage is due to AWD. So 50 vs 55?That will be a costly purchase and you will lose 5 MPG, but it’s nice. The 5mpg difference is due to less weight from the “extras” and more narrow tires (FWD comparison). Yes, thin shade. So the roof must have shades I would think. The reduction of mileage is due to AWD. So 50 vs 55?
