Could still be at the side of the road while the cop writes the tickets, it looks like a wide load and thus there should be markers, permits, escorts possibly, and not being permitted it's probably in violation of the time of day restrictions on wide load movements. THEN he's not showing marker lights on top front and down the sides either... you can prolly go on for a page or two with each minor part of that before you even get down to whether exceeding tow capacity is legal or not.

I doubt if he cares about any of that . In my mind He had a point to prove to his brother in law father in law, friend who was busy etc, who wouldn't loan him their f350 dually when he asked them. I also wonder how many cops looked the other way because they didn't feel like spending half the day writing a ticket that included all the violations . By the way, you ain't going to be able to tell him nothing. He's going to one up everyone when he and his drinking buddies get together
