Google, was going to say Yellow Pages. Read and check their reviews. Personally I would recommend a ceramic tint to what ever darkness you like. I have found that the interior (after being parked in summer sun) , much cooler than any other vehicle that I've had.
For and actual Tint shop that I recommend, you would have to take a vacation and drive to ON Canada.

Tint on headlights?
I went to Alta Mere in Plano. It’s a drive from either of us, but I had great results.
I didn’t do my headlights though, because that sounds like a dumb idea to me.
