Three Beeps

Just bought my new '25 XLT hybrid a couple of weeks ago and have finally figured out most of the new changes in the instrumentation/ infotainment area. But, one thing keeps bugging the hell outa me. SOMETIMES, when I shut the truck off and get out, shut the door, about 30 seconds or so later, the horn will beep 3 times. Doesn't do it every time. I've tried to figure out if I do something different when turn the truck off, like foot on/off the brake pedal, but can't figure it out. ?????

Look in the owners manual or search the forum for “mislock” which is Ford’s term.

Usually it means a window is slightly open or the hood or a door is slightly ajar.

Look in the vehicle settings for "Mislock chirp" and uncheck it to see if it disables it.
