I spoke to Ford about this when I visited regarding Maverick ordering process. I currently lease my 2019 Tacoma and is through CULA which is serviced by my local Credit Union. I told him my lease was due 10/2021 and indicated CULA has been extending leases for upwards of around 6 months due to delays of ordering new vehicles and the like. When the time comes, I'll see if it will be cheaper to purchase at lease end, then turn around and trade/ sell privately (would have to run numbers on tax advantage of trade in NY) if my order has not arrived. It was my first ever lease and probably my last. It was a trial to see if I liked the truck type product. I liked the use of the open bed, but did not like the 3rd Generation Tacoma product after 2.5 years. I will finance-purchase the Maverick.

It’s never that they just put things in your truck and you drive to the destination so they can unload it while you wait in the truck, right? The expectation is that you assist with the lifting?
