Waiting doesn't stop when you get scheduled......Then you have to wait till production week, which could be a month away, and during that time you have to worry if your truck will even get built.. or pushed back....or pushed forward, then its built when is it going to get shipped??
And when it finally gets shipped...how long will it take, will it get damaged in transit?, will the dealer tell me it's here or will the whole sales crew take it for a Joy/training ride...let every Tom-Dick and Harry customers drive it..will it have 200 mystery miles on it.. or parking lot dings because the big-shot sales manager wants to impress his neighbors and takes it home for a night, letting his impressed wife take it shopping....
And last and not least....Buying it...will your dealer try a fast one and try to add on an addendum?... Heck he doesn't care about you he has people waiting for you to walk away and they will pay the addendum...or maybe the Dealership tries to screw you on your trade? because they know you want this truck..you waited on this truck...and they know you'll buckle like a 18 years old in the red light district for the first time.
So grab some popcorn...relax... The power you have is your patients and the Knowledge you are gaining here while you wait ...
