Test Drove Maverick Lariat FX4 !!

Hello All ! Received an email from Ford last Thursday that my XLT Hybrid is scheduled for Nov 22nd! Very excited! Went by my dealer to ask about it. It’s close by. My sales guy wasn’t there but this beautiful Mav Lariat was! I asked a sales person if I could test drive it and I did. If you’re on the fence or close to canceling your order, I advise you to try to be patient. It will be well worth it! The drive was super smooth. The engine power is fantastic. Loved the handling. Was able to snap a few pics hope they post. If this is your color, great choice! I did notice a dealer mark up though. Tim was right. Stock Mavs are arriving to dealers. Check with yours. My question to the forum is: Which document can I ask my dealer for that will show me final pricing out the door? And does it need to be signed by dealer and myself to be legit? Hoping not to get marked up. Thanks for your replies! Hope all get scheduled soon! Good luck !!

Ok got a question....I test drove a XLT AWD and I found the seats a little hard...not very comfortable.. How are the Lariat Active-X seats?

No it will not. More than what I drive now though and more mpg.

The drivers seat was good. Power adjustments. Comfortable enough for sure. That back seat not so much. A bit more stiff and not as much leg room as the front.

What did you think of the carbonized grey with the Lariat interior seeing it in person? I have almost the identical build on order. After seeing more pics of the Lariat interior over the last few weeks I though all the colors (brown, navy, greys) might clash….but now I’m thinking it’s going to look pretty nice.

I thought it was great. Didn’t look awful in any way. Plenty of grey accents inside to match exterior. The interior colors compliment each other well. You’re gonna love it!
