I ordered tailgate lettering for the Maverick. Since I ordered I decided against the lettering and I contacted Ford parts online for a refund. My first contact with them was in mid October. I have called Ford parts online multiple times and they are less than helpful and keep saying my Transaction has been escalated (whatever that means) because they cannot seem to cancel the order and, therefore, can’t issue a refund without the escalation process. Does anybody have any insight and/or other phone numbers that I can call to get this taken care of? I never understand how companies can immediately charge your credit card when you purchase something but it takes an act of Congress to get a refund.
