Can't add on accessories (e.g. tailgate lettering etc) to order in Canada?

Is this the case? None of the more custom add-ons that i see on Ford.com are available on Ford.ca. I'm new the truck game (and Ford) so perhaps this is always the case? Just wanting to make sure i'm not missing something.
