My Ford Maverick got t-boned by someone who passed a red light on the day I got it from the dealership. My insurance won't fix it but I want to fix it. So can it be fixed? is it possible? please help.

I know I’ll get flack but if you look there is minimal damage to the lower part of the truck. Yes you need a pillar and doors but I don’t think totaled. I sold parts to body shops for 6 years. Sad for it but I’d at least get a quote. Not sure why either ins won’t cover even if you’re at fault.

Sorry to hear this, it sucks, but it seems you are ok and that is good news!

I highly recommend a dashcam for anyone on the road! You can get one for like $30 now and that is the cheapest added insurance available.
Dashcam is the way to go. One month after getting my new truck I was hit from behind at a stop sign, driver said they had just come from the ophthalmologist and didn't see me. Lied to the cops. Dashcam went in the next month, two days later tracked a drunk driver for the Highway patrol, asked us to upload our video. .28 measured. Get front and back, learned my lesson.

If your insurance won't fix it, then cut your losses. It would be cheaper and easier to buy another one.
Why wouldn't his insurance fix it? Collision insurance should cover fixing the truck, or totaling it, and going after the guy who hit him.

All good advice regarding the dash cam. You may not get a reply from the OP.
I am going out on a limb and say, that the OP "Ali Alsarraf" has moved on.
The Accident occurred September of 2023
October 2023 was the last time the OP "Ali Alsarraf" posted.
Last time he was active was June of 2024 🤷‍♂️
