Sync 4 APIM w/nav

Which sync 4 apim have factory navigation that does not require the subscription to work? I believe anytime prior to 2023 had factory navigation that did not require subscription to work but trying to confirm. Additionally would the apim out of a transit work if I’m already looking to pull the 12” screen from it?
