Hey everyone, I'm having an issue (2022 Lariat Hybrid) where my audio levels have decreased and now having to play audio at lv 24-26 to replicate what I used to (days ago) get at lv 14-16. I have the B&O system and have replaced the speakers (months ago), but have verified no issues with any fuses exist and have not lost any functionality of the audio system aside from decreased speaker levels.

I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing this issue and if there was a fix. My research led me to this ( Priority update - Audio 23-PU1024-6CHAUD-Now low volume, poor audio quality, no bass response | F150gen14 -- 2021+ Ford F-150, Tremor, Raptor Forum (14th Gen) | News, Owners, Community, Discussions ) post that seems to be similar to what I've seen but I don't have forscan to test or know how to.

After updating my Sync from factory to 3.4 build 23188. I am currently dealing with a similar issue myself. Except I have no sound at all. It went from "being stuck" at max volume without sound to "being stuck" at 0 volume without sound. There's 0 sound out of my infotainment system from anything at all. Matter of fact, any sounds is does make are out of the in digital dash behind the steering wheel. Louder than normal and different sounds now..... I'm chasing it down. Just wanted to add.
