Surprise Call Yesterday For Delivery

I knew my Maverick had shipped and contacted the dealer about three days ago to try and get a more accurate date as I will be traveling soon for work.

Then today I got a surprise phone call that it was ready for pickup. Am I one of the cool kids now?

I was informed by my dealer Tamiami Ford in Naples that my Maverick was in and ready. Further that the had made significations to my order against my specified wishes. Then they expected me to pay for these modifications which made the vehicle illegal on the road in my home state.
Subsequently they returned my deposit and payment selling the vehicle to another for $7800 more
