Sunday build/order issues?

Random and not much of a concern, finally went in person and locked in my Ford Maverick, i sent in a request from Ford site to 2 local dealers and one never reached out, the other who reached out via email and phone is the one i stopped in to finally move forward. Had time to physically go in, reviewed everything but couldn't print out the order confirmation from ford, they said it would be emailed tomorrow and that the ford site was an issue because it was a Sunday.... I have heard of people stating that the dealer didn't put the order in right away and could cause a delay. Ill follow up tomorrow, and they assured me an email would come tomorrow to confirm everything.

As more users I would prefer to be able to find what i want in stock, In my area 2 lariats are available in stock to purchase, descent amount of XLT, and more XL. Each one has features i want but not all.

Ill continue to search, i see many users finding customer/dealer orders that dint work out and can be had on unique first come fortunate basis. vs ordering and waiting.

This post is not meant to be a complaint, more wondering if anyone ordered on a weekend and was not able to confirm until the following weekday. I'm confident the dealer im working with is the right choice and didn't want this to come across as concern with an issue with my dealer.

I ordered yesterday (Saturday) and got the confirmation email from Ford in under an hour. Maybe the person who put in my order is just very good. Maybe it's related to the order bank for hybrids closing tomorrow (11/15). In any case good luck and keep us posted.
