Tracking Order Issues

Has anyone else had issues tracking your orer. The link i was sent via email has a broken hyperkink, i then tried typing in my VIN and order number through the ford website and was able to see it entered in production on Jan 24th, then checked a week later and it was still in production but the producton date changed to feb 4th. checked again this week and i cant even access my order status. wont allow me to click accept and track.

Hate that i cant get a honest, up to date status of my vehicle since i was told a November deleivery date.....

It's down right now, apparently it goes down often. Honestly, ford would be better off not offering it because I think it upsets more people than it pleases based on these forums. No good deed goes unpunished and I've never seen this kind of feature with any other vehicle I've special ordered.
