STUCK IN PRODUCTION ???

Hello all

I wanted to see if anyone has had this same issue. Contacting Ford CS and Chat and they are little help as they say the Dealers have the most up to date Infor..... But it seems that they don't either . All I hear is in Production and no holds or issues. I hate this poor transparency. Is there anyway we can actually see more info ?

Things seem to have been backing up since the build week of 11/13. Not sure if it's everyone but quite a few on the forum at least.

I’m a few days ahead of you (11/25). Seems it’s built but not shipping. Definitely something going on. Lots of reports of the same here and on Reddit.

Same build date and situation for my 2024 hybrid XLT. Called ford today and they have nothing more to say but still have the eta as 12/18-12/24 - not gonna happen
tracker hasn’t updated nice 11/23….

so i went to the mod website and mine had a ton of modules that came online but I do not know what this means? I see the sync was updated too. I heard that it says in production until it passes Quality control then then when it gets ready to ship then it changes. Is that true? If I see modules does this mean it is built ?

It just means yours rolled off the assembly line and was powered on. Doesn't tell you much more than that. In normal shipping times it would change to build and then shipped shortly after this step but that doesn't seem to be the case at the moment.

It will come... Mine had the same issues. Went into production week of Oct 23rd then got stalled " in production ", then once it shipped it took about 3 weeks to get to me. I had expected to get the truck before thanksgiving and it didn't show up till last week.

So mine started building on November 29. I just talked to the ford chat agent and they said the estimated build completion date is January 9. My dealer is telling me the truck should be here by January 1 so I’m not sure who has the most updated information. the worst is that i know its already built

My 24 hybrid was scheduled for the week of 11-20. Last update was 11-23 “in production “. No progress since then apparently as it’s the same today.
Customer support can check for further progress I think as they told me it had left paint dept. Santa’s new sled is in the shop.
