Good morning! This does not sound like the experience we want you to have with your new Maverick. If you send over a DM with your VIN and Ford dealer info, I can assist with your concerns on my end.
DM sent thank you!

You deep charge it and it works and then it stops working after a little bit? Sounds like the battery is bad and can't hold a charge. Sounds like an easy fix to me.
I would agree with that since after the deep charge and clearing of codes it starts normal, sits for 2-3 hours and acts up again BUT when it starts acting up I can pull that manual release and it starts like there’s no issues power wise ā€œjust has all the service codes backā€ like I’m bypassing some connection. Again power delivery has been right and battery has tested good.

So they replicated the same yesterday as previously discussed fine for a couple hours and after it sits for 2-3 hours it’s almost like something activates and then the vehicle won’t turn over at all unless you pull the manual parking break release in center console under the ac controls. Have verified that it’s not a battery issue as they have tested and also deep cycle charged the battery as a just in case everything comes back good and even when it’s not starting vehicle has Appropriate power but something is stopping the activation of the starter/ignition until pulling the manual parking brake release.

If this happened to me even before leaving the dealership for the first time I would have been very upset!! I really hope they're able to figure out the issue. Sounds like a bad connection somewhere. Battery terminals are tight? Please keep us updated on this. Makes me nervous as I have a very similar '23 order. Really hope it's not turning into a lemon šŸ‹.. Wish you luck.
They're lemons... several problems dealerships brush you off... it gets very annoying after a while i regret buying a ford

I have a strange issue that might be related to brakes or electric parking brake.

maverick lariat built 11/15, shipped 11/17, arrived at dealer 12/9 or 10. Picked up on 12/10. Eleven month wait.

AWD, Tow, FX4

l had vehicle 6 days with less than 300 miles on it when this happened…

Exited the highway, drove down ramp to traffic light. Brakes started to shudder. Stopped at traffic light, truck shuts off. Restarts when I take foot off brake. Then engine stops and a message appears ā€˜Put vehicle in Park, restart engine.’ I restart engine, put gear dial into D and foot on gas, engine stops, truck won’t move.

Went through this sequence a few times. Called tow truck, transported vehicle to nearest Ford dealer. No techs available, won’t get looked at until monday.

brakes? electric parking brake malfunction and parking brake on? (No indicator on dash)

meanwhile No Truck.
