Storage Bin for the truck bed?

I’m looking for a storage bin almost the width of the bed, and maybe 2 to 3 feet wide. I want to put items in it, and somehow be able to mount, and easily remove it. It must fit under a hard tonneau cover

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
