Stock FM radio controls unresponsive

Wife and I were out yesterday running errands. I turned on the radio and maybe 5 minutes into the trip tried to adjust the volume, no response. I tried to change the station, no response. I tried to turn off the radio, no response. Turned off the engine at our first destination and even after exiting the vehicle and closing the doors the radio played on. When we returned to the truck the radio was off and all seemed normal. We started the truck, turned on the radio and all seems fine so far.
She's a 2024 XLT 2.0 liter EcoBoost.

whenever it does that Try the reset. Hold down the power on button and the forward button for like 6-8 seconds til it resets. At least it think that's the procedure.

The Connected touch head unit is glitchy. Turn the truck off. Let it sit. When you turn it back on, I find that everything works just fine.

I have problems with it. just humming when you turn it on. It also garbles received phone calls. Not an excuse but a workaround. I keep hoping that a future software upgrade will solve the problems.

I'll try that next time...

You might want to go ahead and do a reboot, anyway. It won't hurt and may help with Infotainment system responsiveness.
