STICKER HELP - why does mine say Rebill vs New?

My sticker changed from New to Rebill (see yellow highlight). Can anyone offer up an ideas as to what might have led to this? Thank you in advance...

You'll go crazy trying to decode the window sticker, it's like alien writing. Mine says, 9-Normal, whatever that means.

Look on the bright side, you HAVE a window sticker & your in production.

Yes brightside...just worried I'll be getting a bonus problem. It's scheduled to arrive this week so figured I would ask the group. Dealer couldn't say what the issue was.

My window sticker is considered a "4-Rebill" - From what I have seen/read, it means that when the original sticker was generated, the system was missing a piece of information, either pricing changed, options changed or information was added to the sticker. Mine was missing pricing information and EPA data, which was included on the "Rebill" sticker.
I know from my DORA that mine was a "Job 3" car, so I think they may have not had all the information together for the sticker.
