Steering Quiver

I have a 2022 XLT and when I turn the wheel in either direction to the end (like maneuvering in a parking lot) the wheel quivers at the end of the turning, either direction. I don’t believe this has always happened. Has anyone experienced this. I used to get This action on older vehicles but thought it was engineered out with newer turning rod systems. Thanks.

My 24 does it. It's pushing back from full lock. I'm not familiar with the electronic steering components but traditional hydraulic steering it was bad to keep the pressure on it.
