Is anyone aware of this feature? I don't see it mentioned in the owners handbook:

The EPAS system has a Pull Drift Compensation (PDC) feature to assist drivers in compensating for variation in road and driving conditions. The feature adjusts power assist offset by reducing the steering wheel effort (input torque) required to keep the vehicle traveling straight. The Pull Drift Compensation (PDC) feature is automatically enabled at vehicle speeds above 40 km/h (25 mph) with sensors indicating the vehicle is traveling straight. Pull Drift Compensation (PDC) is designed to compensate for variations in road crown.

From the manual page 205,
HOW DOES ELECTRIC POWER STEERING WORK
Adaptive Learning
Adaptive learning helps correct road irregularities and improves overall handling and steering. The system assists the brake system to help operate advanced stability control and accident avoidance systems.
If your vehicle loses electrical power or detects a concern when you are driving, the system switches off and you retain normal steering function. Additionally, whenever you disconnect the battery or install a new battery, drive your vehicle a short distance before the system relearns the strategy and reactivates all systems.
I would imagine there is some overlap here

I am a little concerned that this could mask a wheel alignment issue.

I'm wondering if the PDC feature could make the driver think the vehicle is 'wandering'.

I wondered about this PDC on stretch of highway with one lane that's sloped toward the shoulder and caused me to drift in both a car and Ram pickup. I'd always get out of that lane before b/c I had to counter steer.
I don't have that drift pulling me with the Maverick when driving on it now. So maybe the PDC?
