According to Ford's site the spray-in bed liner is standard on the 2025 Tremor.

But I was visiting a Ford dealer site and see several 2025 Tremors being sold without a bed liner.
The window sticker shows BEDLNR SPRAY-IN DELETE and $495 being deducted.

My guess is that it's a supply chain problem that prevents the liner from being added at the factory.
Is this something new, or has it happened in previous years?

Some people would rather have the $500 than a bedliner, prefer to get their own, or a drop-in. Maybe in the area you're in this is preferred, the dealership knows it, so they order vehicles that will sell better in that market.

Dearlers probably requested a delete option to give the buyer a choice.

Thanks for the comments. I see discussions here about the Line-X brand spray in liners.
Seems to be popular. I'll keep it in mind if I buy a Maverick.

I suspect there were going to be delays in getting trucks to the dealers if they were all backed up an the bed-liner place that Ford uses. When I was shopping for my Lariat, every 2025 I looked at had the bed liner delete on the window sticker.

Many people are of the opinion that a 3rd party spray-in liner (such as a LineX, for one example), will be a better spray-in than anything from the factory, and would prefer to go that route. I do believe that LineX does offer a much better warranty, plus different options for the spray-in (color match, different textures, etc.).

I believe (though not 100% sure) that originally with the '25 Lariat/Tremor trims the spray-in was not a delete option, but either Ford changed their mind, or got a lot of dealer feedback that customers really wanted to have a choice on whether to get the liner from the factory or not.

SIBL delete is an option on Lariat, Tremor and Lobo 702A.

I would do it because the Ford factory SIBL is not great. It's rubbery and grippy, but it is nowhere near as durable as Line-X or RhinoLining.

I used Line-X for my last liner and they did a fantastic job in my location. I ordered the Maverick from the factory with it included in our 2025 Lariat AWD Hybrid, we will see what we get.

You'll get what I described above. It looks nice, but it is not that durable.

Zero complaints Factory SIBL. I'm happy with it and would choose it again. It's been durable. Previously had Line-X that faded and looked chalky. Durability was fine though.

Mine was a delete as well $600 LineX bill. Was the first thing I did to it 2 days after I got it. I have the white and wasn't gonna goof around and got it done immediately. Why anyone wouldn't get it is beyond me besides a full camper install.
