Finally got off the phone with FordPass rep, and the agent on the line couldn't figure out what was wrong and said that the problem will be expedited to an back-end engineer.
Thinking about the problem, what if my ACM module was bad? Here's what I noticed:
- I couldn't update my infotainment firmware from home and the dealer was the only one able to do it manually. On the invoice, it stated my ACM had a U0255 DTC.
- The DTC went away and reappeared somewhere in November, right when I was dealing with Deep Sleep.
It's a speculation, but it seems somewhat connected?
