Hi, I have turned on Automatic Software Updates on my 2025 XLT screen but my FordPass App says it is Off. Anyone had this happen? Is there a fix?

I addressed the exact same issue today - first off you have to be sitting in the seat with the power on via accessories or running with your FordPass App open, once you confirm your truck has connectivity go to settings scroll over to the software button and open it if your upgrades are turned on turn it off then back on (I did this a few times whether or not it was required I don’t know). Once I completed this and scheduled the updates for anytine after 1 AM I exited the app and turned the power off to my truck then restarted the app - now my phone FordPass App shows the updates are on - good luck hope this helps

Settings/Software Updates
It is working now, guess it updated overnight.

People seem to spend an considerable amount of time fussing with the app, trying to get it to work right. Sounds like more trouble than it's worth.

Open app go to settings click open updates

I don’t see Software Updates on my iPhone. I have the latest level, I can see Washer fluid level.
