Softopper order lead times (6+ weeks)

I just wanted to give everyone a heads up if you are considering a Softopper.

I placed an order 2 weeks ago and still hadn't heard any updated on my order. Today I got around to contacting their CS to see what the order status was and was told 3-4 additional weeks. Their product page and order confirmation screens say nothing (that I could find) about 6+ week lead times on product so I wanted to let everyone here know that before you consider ordering.

I don't think a 6 week lead time is that big of a deal, to be honest, I just wish they were forthcoming with that information.

Unfortunately that means I have to cancel my order since I'll be doing extended travel soon and won't be around to take delivery.

I just ordered a fas-top and they are estimating about 4 weeks. Bit of a bummer but I’ll survive…
