My 2025 Lariat Hybrid is listed as "in production" right now. It will come with side rails in the bed, but I'm wondering if I can install a sliding rail in the front of the bed. Anyone help me out on this?

🤔 On the bed or upper wall of the box, that is connected to the cabin, even with the other rails?
Bed floor....maybe.
Upper front box wall......I don't think so.

I'll have to look at my truck this evening.

Remember that the bed of the Maverick is PART OF THE FRAME, so any mods need to be made wisely. You can find the owner manual online, it talks about securing loads so as to not damage the frame.

Lariat still comes with bed floor tiedowns towards the front and back I believe.

I want to add a rail, just like the side rails and at the same height as the side rails but on the front wall of the bed.

Thank you. I think I need to get the truck in hand to visualize options for what I want to do. I'm thinking I might be able to bungee my gravel bike into the bed of the truck diagonally, standing up with the front and rear wheels tucked into diagonally opposed corners. A rail on the front bed wall might give good tie down options. I'd like to keep both wheels on and keep the gate closed so I can use the backup camera. It will be easier to figure out tie down points when I get the truck. Appreciate your comments.
