Sliding bed cleats

Where can I get a set at a reasonable priced sliding bed cleats? . I have the rail system in my truck. It has one set of cleats I would like another set. Ford wants $105.

Don't know how beefy you need them? I got these from Etsy (pkg of 4). Also avail in other colors.

I added a pair of retractable ratchet straps to mine. Thats working out good for me. Would be even better if they slid aswell though.
