Does anyone know a "procedure" to "sideload" (non-native) APPs into the infotainment system ???

I would like to "sideload" (a.k.a. "install) the "Pro-Torque" app so that I can then Pair it up (using Bluetooth) with an OBD2 Scanner (plugged in at the OBD2 port) and be able to troubleshoot Check Engine Light (CEL) codes and/or display real time performance data on the infotainment screen.

I do know that I can use gizmos such as "scan gauge" and/or use my cellular/ mobile phone for this but it would be more convenient if I could use the infotainment screen.

There likely isn't a dedicated group of people working on Blackberry QNX hacks. But you never know.

There's actually the whole FMods group. Although running complete third-party software is probably pretty much a no-go.

Torque is an Android app. Install it on your phone and use Android Auto with Screen to Auto app, if you can get it to work.
