Infotainment system restarting

Hello!

I've had my Ford Maverick Lariat Eco for almost a year and now for last few months the infotainment system keeps on resetting my settings. Everytime I set the theme to night mode and every time I set the stero to Bluetooth it always resets when I turn off. When I go to turn it back on it is back to default everything and (default theme and blaring radio). Anyone have a fix?

Since you didn't mention it, have you tried resetting it, by holding the power + Skip FWD buttons until the screen indicates a reboot?

Yes my friend, I have tried that as I do also have freezing issues and it still goes back to default
