I'm going to be reordering today to roll over my 23 order, and what are your thoughts on switching from a hybrid to an ecoboost? Do you think it's worth it just to get built? Or do you think it's not going to matter because so many hybrids got built already.

Eco will get built if your dealer has allocations. They won't know now many hybrids carry over until the orders get put in. You can put in a hybrid order then change it when the numbers come out. It sounds like several dealers aren't taking new hybrid orders because they have so many hybrid carryovers. See what your dealer thinks.

Thanks man! Yeah dealer said it's a draw from a hat. They have like 25 roll over orders which makes me feel good I may get built, but kinda still worried.

I have a baby on the way and the wife says I have to get a new car before baby arrives in February so I'm getting antsy

If you have any time sensitive reasons at all to get a new vehicle; based on past 2 years, I would not trust the Ford ordering system to get you a Maverick in your driveway by then.

This is true, but I'll keep my order in either way even if I sell it when it comes in

If you're not towing and you are a rollover wanting a hybrid, I would probably try to get another hybrid I mean you waited this long....

The Ford website just published they are going to try too get the rollovers built between November and February. But that is marketing department saying that, the guys in scheduling may be pulling out their hair over that.
