Hello all I have a confirmed order date on 6/19 and still nothing from my dealership or Ford on production. It’s a xlt awd with luxury package and tonneau soft cover. How do I use the Ford tracker to find out more as I’m not getting answers from my dealer? Any advice would be great

I would recommend removing your tonneau cover from your order. I did that 2 weeks ago and the following week I got scheduled for November 8th build!

I know the feeling - I ordered a Lariat Lux Hybrid (on 6/19 too).
You need your dealer assigned 4-digit alpha/numeric Order #.
You can call Ford (800) 334-4375

And the Tonneau cover may be holding you back. You can remove it from your build and order the cover as an accessory item.

My dealer is saying if I removed the tonneau cover it would delay my order. It seems like he is giving me the run around…

Your dealer is misinformed. Calling Ford will only confirm the status of your order. Changes to your order can only be made by your dealer.

That may be good news - they change status when they are looking at scheduling. They code it as 02 and the dealer cannot make any changes.
The scheduling comes out tomorrow! Sit tight and you may get scheduled.
If you don't, they will change your code back by Friday. You can then have the dealer remove it if needed.
Also, there will be a commodities restraint list coming out in a few days. The tonneau covers may not be restricted on the new list? We have seen some builds with covers in the last couple of weeks.

Not sure about most dealers...
No telling what your status is. Scheduling is tomorrow - I would wait a day and see. Get your order # and call Ford in the meantime.
