Should all customer "22 reorders" get an email from Ford?

FORD told their dealers to contact all unscheduled MY22 Maverick orders - you should have heard from your dealer to get a MY23 order put in. It looks like you have a hybrid ordered from your signature. Hybrid order banks are closing TOMORROW for MY23. You only have until midnight tomorrow to get the MY23 order placed - there is no automatic roll-over of the unscheduled MY22 orders. Get in touch with your dealer ASAP.

There is no such thing as a "reorder". Only brand new orders that "should" have a Special Offer. If you have not talked to your dealer and sent in another copy of your driver's license, then you basically have 24 hours to get that done.

I have not heard one single word from the dealer I placed my MY22 order with last year. I sent them an e-mail and have heard ZERO. Placed a new order with another dealer today. Now just need to figure out how to get my Private Offer since it currently is not showing up in the system.

I spoke with dealer and went through process of New order. But should I get an email from Ford?

You SHOULD if you provided an email address. You can call FORD Maverick marketing directly to confirm that they have the order. You'll need you order number from the paperwork your dealer should have given you. If you don't have anything from them, ask them to provide you with a copy of the DORA or the Preview Order that you signed. Should be an order number on it.

I have paperwork from my dealer saying I ordered a new 2023 Ford Maverick. what I'm asking is should I get an email directly from Ford again?

Yes. You placed a new order. Ford doesn't know it was someone who had a 2022 order that went unfilled. You are no different than anyone else who ordered a 2023.
