She got towed!!!!

I’ve had my Maverick for six months she only has 3200 miles on it she got towed the other day and they say they have no part available to repair it - battery cable issue which has to be addressed- I did get a loaner however they said it could be four days four weeks or four months before I see my truck again very very sad

Different problem but the same response, no parts, not sure when. Maybe July

If it is just a cable, Ford dealer should be able to go to any parts store for parts to make one up. I would bet if they check with their own parts department they could find what they need. What no senior tech available to save them from this embarrassment?

Ford has reached out to me several times and today I received a message they should have the part by July 1 they said they will keep me updated every five days —- I will say they’ve been very responsive so we’ll wait and see what happens — hopefully my new little Maverick “tadpole” isn’t a lemon!
