Any ideas how to get out interior scratches? We had a backpack zipper scratch my glove box.
Has anyone answered this question? I have some scratches on the driver’s door from a ring. To protect the door from further damage I bought a pair of those cubbies that you drop into the arm rest. They cover the old scratches and prevent new ones.

Get them out? No. But FYI, In June, I put a 6X10" strip of PPF on the interior plastic near the driver's seat belt pillar to keep the seat belt and other stuff from scratching the plastic when I get in and out. I also put a similar 6X15" inch strip of PPF on the bottom of the driver's door where my boot/shoes always seem to scrape as I get in and out of the truck. Both PPF strips seem to be adhering pretty well to the interior plastic and also protect it at the same time.

Thanks for sharing. I didn't think that clear vinyl PPF would stick to plastic. I may just give this a try. Its amazing how easily this interior scratches and scuffs.

Thanks a lot TRex for this info. Had been researching PPF to prevent the same problem. Was worried about it adhering to the textured plastic. This was a huge help.

The PPF seems to have held up [stuck] pretty good for me since installing it in June. I do see one edge by the door where I slip in and out where it's starting to come up.

Also, right under the PPF by the door, at the same time I installed a 4x5 inch piece of peel/stick felt to protect a plastic edge. That seems to have held up pretty well.

Of the two, PPF vs peel/stick felt, the felt would probably look more acceptable on your glove compartment. There was also some peel/stick leather that I was looking at on Amazon if the PPF didn't work out.

G'luck
