SCHEUDULING???

I have a question for the group. I got my email on 3/16 saying my order has been acknowledged and that my truck will be scheduled the week of 5/1. Can anyone tell me does that mean they are going to build it the week of 5/1, or they will actually put it on their schedule that week and the build will be set for June or July?

Barring unforeseen other delays, it will be built that week. My original date was 3/20 and it was bumped up to 3/13 and I pick it up tonight. Yours may fluctuate a week or two or even a day or two but you are SCHEDULED for the week of 5/1 for actual production. Good luck!

It means your vehicle is schedule to be built during the week of 5/1.

When I got my email, it said said scheduled 3/10, then I got another email a week later that said they moved it up to 2/28, but it actually got built the week of 3/6. So expect that your date may change by a week, one way or another. But, you have a date, so that's good.

It takes about a week to build, depending on options. Then about a month or so to get delivered. If I were you, based on a 5/1 schedule date, I would expect it to be delivered to your dealer in mid June.

On a slightly unrelated side note, when does the Ford online tracker show the actual scheduled date? Mine still hasn't populated anything in the progress bar except for order confirmed. The scheduling email said I was scheduled for 5/8.

the tracker sucks…..it will randomly start working eventually…..maybe. I bet it starts working in the next week of two.


I was originally scheduled for multiple dates the week of March 27th. Then the scheduled date changed to April 19th…. So, you never know if they are going to move you up, keep it the same, or bump you back.

Mine hasn’t updated either and i got the email with a May 22 scheduled date that I confirmed with my dealer.

Looks like you had better be getting ready to pick up a truck in probably early June, if not late May. Like most others, I got a build week, then a build date that flipped back to the first day of the build week, then a sticker about 4 days before the build, then a note is was built, then shipped, and the rest is history. It was 22 days from the build date until it hit the dealer.
