Also following. I put a deposit down for an order to be placed in august when the orders open. They guaranteed me MSRP in writing and a fully refundable deposit but it would be comforting to know someone else had a good experience there.

I'd give them a B. Not because of anything they did with the pricing or financing. But because they didn't prep the truck ahead of time and because they messed up on the security system I had them install.

They said they are doing ADMs but they fully disclose them to the customer ahead of time so there's no surprises. The price you agree to at the time of order is the price you will pay.

KEARNY MESA FORD Took me forever. I mean I ordered it in July 2021 and not unit I called them back April and asked what's is going g on with that order and not even 2 days after I made that call I get an email saying that I have a production date. I ended up taking that order in June 2022. My salesmanthat took my order never got back to me until o asked for updates. And when I got the truck the original sales man was not even around to help.
