Roof top tent camping (RTT)?

Did not buy a fb market place used bed 'rack' and tent camp mounted above. Do mostly to me worrying about space to toss tree limbs in the bed.
Having said that, does anyone have a tent they mount above the truck bed (probably on a rail system, bit it bed height or on a tall rail frame system?
Looking at a, way expensive iKamper Skycamp Mini 3.0 Tent, be it on sale at REI presently.
Thanks for any input...chance I could mount it on the 2020 highlander hybrid if too costly to buy mav rails for it...(highlander has roof rails)

This is my set-up using a cot tent. it all fits under the trifold bed cover to maintain mileage. This is my 2022 Ecoboost. I now use my 2025 Ecoboost.

LPT, the red husky containers from home depot there fit perfectly under the 2x6's across the bed.
