We humans are programmed to complain when we get poor service buy we are less likely to commend good service. Well, I believe the service I just received from Rival 4X4 deserves commending.
I just received a Rival Skid plate that has been on backorder. Due to accidentally receiving an older parts package (Sh!t happens), I was short two bolts. Within 15 minutes of this discovery, Chris at Rival had the bolts coming my way Fedex overnight.
Thanks again to Chris and know that Rival will be there to support their products. The skid plate itself is incredible quality. I can't wait to get it on.
