Is this a truck with 4K tow? Wonder if the different gearing would make a difference.

We are working on that part, the 60' times are maxed out now, working on the calibration to add features to improve that. A better 60' and the truck can run 12's.
The Syclones and Typhoons back in the nineties would pull 1.7's. The Maverick should be able to get close. It's hampered by weight, the slushbox, and torque management. Think your getting close to finding the weak link.

We've been finding the weak link in cars for over 33 years, it's part of the process.

Now you need some Ford C-Max wheels and some small diameter tires!!!

How much do you thinking that is helping? I bought mine used and it didn't have 4K. Aren't we looking at 3.69 vs. 3.81? Doen't seem like huge difference, but I'm sure it helps.

The difference in a 1/4 mile wouldn't be much if any at all. The 3.81 may be a tad better to 60, but the 3.69 will make up for it in the 1/4 IMO. There are some low to mid 13 second 3.69 Mavericks out there. They will be hitting the track soon.

It's a small difference in gear ratio, I can't even guess if it's helpful.
