Ford replaced my original hard rollup bed cover because the felt underneath came unglued. Obviously a poor design and a subject of complaints on this forum. I got a new one under warranty and it looks like Ford got rid of the felt and put in plastic spacers, a much better solution. Glad to see Ford fixing this.
