I bump the wiper control down and turn off the key as the wipers swing up, then pull them off the windshield by hand.
Thankfully, the wipers won't run when you remote start the vehicle. But as soon as you turn the key on in the ignition, they'll come crashing down and remove a couple of good...
Tremor to have manual transmission.
Tow capacity boost for Tremor.
Otherwise I'd settle for just being able to lift the windshield wipers without crashing the hood.
That's a good idea. I indeed bought these but haven't got around to installing it yet. I was expecting a battery drain issue or two this summer but was pleasantly surprised I didn't have any. ~knocks on wood~
It's not so much the wheel diameter, as long as it fits your brakes...more so the total tire diameter based on both the width and sidewall ratio of the tire.
Good posts already here that indicate that's a pretty significant tire diameter change.
For reference, this is my goto site for...
My rear camera view froze for the first time a few days ago, in my 24 Tremor XLT. Right in the middle of backing up. I had the previous camera recall done. Prior to that, it would sometimes be jittery, like it was lagging some, but this is the first time it froze.
It was like the whole system...
2 bucket hand wash method, with grit guards. Separate bucket and wash pad for wheels. Microfiber drying towels. Griots 3 in 1 ceramic spray a few times a year. Clay bar and polish once a year. Adams graohene tire shine.
I use a dilution of ONR for interior cleaning. Koch Chemie Top Star twice...
No, two separate thoughts. They don't want to acknowledge that pieces of the engine are floating around in the oil. And they wouldn't mind you coming in for a new vehicle sooner than later.
Have you tried any other combinations, to maybe just disable only a single indicator or two? Just wondering if it thinks the data you are writing is corrupt or disallowed. This will give you an idea of it's going to accept anything at all.
I had a time trying to disable mine with FORscan, had...
I'm not sure any manufacturer would want to admit there's a bunch of bits of engine material found in the first oil change. Even though this can be proved with oil testing, it's not necessarily known to the average consumer.
Not to mention that manufacturers likely don't have any interest in...
I have the same grit guards, plus their free buckets. Pro tip on the wheels, do them first. Can take your time and not worry about the rest of the car drying. Then dump that bucket, make a new bucket with a new pad/mitt and do the rest of the vehicle.
Yeah I think this is what I'd have to do to get back into using a foam canon....electric on the wall with a hose reel.
The foam canon definitely saves time for the actual washing part, but dragging a big gas washer back and forth from the shed each time, plus the setup, brings the time back to...
It will default to "on" again at every startup. I was able to disable it on my '24 permanently with FORscan. I'd assume that will be possible with the '25, but I'm not familiar with FORscan with the refreshed models.
They also made an add-on aftermarket module for 22-24 that would turn it off...
Guess it competes with the Mav as something that provides the basic needs of a small truck, but wow the Slate can definitely be...basic-er. Some Mavs will feel like a Rolls Royce comparatively.
The same
That same brand also offers a tailgate gap flap/seal, either kitted with the seal kit you linked or separately.
I've got the full kit but have yet to install it...

Sharp truck! Been on the fence of adding a pin stripe to mine. Do you happen to have a picture of what you did with the stripe at the big plastic badge between the front door and the front fender?
I didn't realize that body line was even there, the one that drops down below the front windows...
I feel giving any vehicle 30 seconds or so to warm up is a good practice. And then drive and take it easy (low RPM/load) until your engine oil is up to operating temperature. This might mean a little bit of boost, but wouldn't do much hard acceleration until it's warm.
I don't worry about...
I don't know for certain, but from the aftermarket products I see, I doubt it.
If you look at aftermarket plates, they have some for "all models except Tremor", and they have some that are "Tremor only". I haven't seen any made for both.
So I assume something is different enough to make them...
